Job Role The Country Manager – Italy will be responsible for developing and scaling the company's residential energy storage business throughout the Italian market. This role focuses on building distributor channels, managing strategic B2B relationships, and driving localized sales growth for household ESS products and smart residential energy solutions.
Acting as an independent commercial leader, the successful candidate will oversee the full B2B sales lifecycle, including market mapping, distributor acquisition, technical presentations, contract negotiations, and long‑term account development. The position requires strong technical understanding of residential energy storage technologies combined with advanced commercial execution and regional market development capabilities.
