The mission of the Global Services Legal team is to "drive sustainable business growth for Accenture by providing deep legal expertise at the intersection of business strategy, industry, and technology in a highly dynamic environment." This team acts as a strategic partner and product counsel for the four services under Accenture’s Next Generation Growth Model: Interactive, Strategy & Consulting, Technology, and Operations.
Additionally, the team functions as an integrator within the Legal department, coordinating across various expertise areas to deliver a holistic legal perspective to the business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assessing new Security offerings, developing risk mitigation strategies, and enabling the Security Business’s go-to-market strategy.
2. Supporting client opportunities as a Security SME by providing business-focused, risk-based advice to the Security Business, Sales Teams, and legal colleagues.
3. Collaborating with Regulatory and Compliance Counsel to analyze regulations and anticipate their impact on the Security Business.
4. Developing guidance and templates for Security offerings to streamline legal processes.
5. Delivering communications, guidance, and training on legal considerations for the Security Business and legal teams.
6. Building strong relationships within the Security and Legal organizations.
7. Evaluating potential acquisition targets and shaping post-merger strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably advising on new products or services.
* Ability to analyze complex facts, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to security products/services, outsourcing, and technology, with understanding of IP, data privacy, and transactional issues.
* Developing trusted relationships with business leaders.
