Trade Marketing Specialist Out Of Home (Alba, CN, IT)

As a Trade Marketing Specialist for the Out of Home (OOH) channel, you will play a central role in shaping and executing Ferrero’s Trade Marketing strategy across a wide and diverse network of customers. You will be the key interface between Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, and our clients, connecting strategic insights to actionable plans. Your mission will be to build tailored, data-driven channel strategies that reflect the unique dynamics of segments. By balancing analytical rigor with creative thinking, you will help Ferrero reach shoppers where they are, in the most effective and engaging ways.

Main Responsibilities:

You will develop and implement channel marketing strategies that span both large-scale initiatives and highly customized solutions for individual clients. Working across all categories, you will analyze channel structures, customer performance, and shopper behaviours to identify growth opportunities and shape commercially relevant plans. Your work will guide how Ferrero shows up across the Out of Home landscape, from distribution models (direct, organized, wholesale) to field execution.

You will support the Sales organization by designing and delivering compelling selling stories, grounded in solid data and competitive benchmarks. You will help define and monitor KPIs, support the execution of business plans, and contribute to commercial planning, including promotion strategy in close coordination with Revenue Management. Your role will also involve tracking execution and results across channels and customers, surfacing risks and unlocking new potential through insights and analysis.

At the same time, you’ll be a key part of the internal Trade Marketing structure, collaborating closely with Shopper Marketing and Category teams to ensure that channel plans are aligned with broader company priorities. You will help shape creative, impactful activations that address the specific needs of different Out of Home customers—bringing tailored strategies to life in the field. You’ll frequently step out of the office, meeting clients on-site and building strong relationships that turn plans into results.

About You:

You bring with you a Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with a few years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales —preferably with exposure to the Out of Home channel. Your strong analytical mindset and attention to detail allow you to dive deep into data and extract insights that inform strategic choices. You combine this precision with a creative mindset, capable of developing tailor‑made solutions for both national strategies and individual client needs.

You are a strong communicator and team player, able to navigate and align internal stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Management, and Trade Marketing. You are also confident in building external relationships and engaging directly with clients, even outside traditional retail settings. Your ability to manage complex plans, support commercial negotiations, and drive projects from strategy to execution will be key to your success. Fluent in English and Italian, you move comfortably between analysis and action, numbers and narratives, planning and performance.
