Cooltura is a creative agency specialised in short-form content and social-first campaigns for leading global brands.
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience, able to work across multiple verticals, with a strong international mindset and outstanding organisational skills.
You’re a natural leader, calm under pressure, fluent in digital culture, and comfortable managing complex creative projects end-to-end — then we’d love to meet you.
A native or near-native level of Spanish is essential, along with fluency in English. Italian is a strong plus.
YOUR MISSION
You’ll be the strategic and operational point of reference for international clients, leading multi-platform campaigns, photo & video productions, and social-first activations from ideation to delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients across different industries
- Translate creative vision into clear plans and flawless executions
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, production)
- Oversee timelines, budgets, assets and deliveries with precision
- Manage clients, partners and key stakeholders
- Produce strategic decks, proposals and winning pitches
- Scout, select and manage talents and creators
- Supervise content production and social distribution
- Manage/organise on-set productions, including national and international travel
- Handle reporting and performance analysis
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 4+ years of experience in creative agencies or content-driven environments
- Proven experience managing client relationships
- Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- Strong presentation skills, a strong sense of initiative, and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong passion for TikTok, Instagram and social-native platforms
- Ability to work independently, with structure and ownership
LANGUAGES:
- Native or excellent command of Spanish
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Italian is a plus
LOCATION:
- Full remote, with Milan or Madrid preferred as a base
- Availability to travel for productions and activations is required
