Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ullibSupport Site/Depot Management in achieving EHS performance /b /liliDrive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and the improvement of EHS results in the site. /liliAdvice, help, coach, support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives. Prepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom strategy and objectives. Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan. Monitor the right deployment of the plan. /liliEnsure EHS Risk Assessment is done appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Site. /liliPrepare, implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level (where applicable). /liliMake sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas. /liliHas full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in an immediate high risk to People or the Environment. /lilibLead the EHS function in the Sites /b /liliMonitor, assist, coach, assess, develop the EHS teams in the site /liliConduct induction programs for new EHS people in the site. /liliInvolve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHS. /liliRSPP according to D.Lgs.81/08 /lilibDevelop Site/Depot EHS Management System /b /liliDevelop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools applicable to the Site specific for EHS Management System in line with Transport Country/Cluster EHS Management System /liliEnsure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP), Transport Operational Performance in Environment, Transport Key processes) are deployed at Sites level. /lilibEHS Compliance /b /liliMonitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements propose actions to correct any gap. /liliMaintain appropriate records and documentation of the Sites. /liliMonitor historical pollution associated risks. /lilibDevelop EHS culture in the site /b /liliInfluence the site EHS performance: facilitate change and EHS continuous improvement. /liliBuilt the site EHS communication plan. /liliPrepare and implement an EHS training plan and program with the support from HR and a local EHS communication plan. /lilibReport, Measure Review /b /liliEnsure that Accidents/Incidents are first prevented, and when occurring, reported, recorded, investigated and analyzed. Establish and communicate Return of Experience (REX) reports in case of severe or potentially severe accidents. Ensure Alstom EHS call for actions are deployed at sites level. /liliPrepare and submit monthly EHS reports. Feed EHS reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements. Is accountable for data quality of the Sites. /liliOrganize and lead internal EHS audits and inspections of the EHS reporting process in the Country/Cluster. /li /ulh3Previous Experience /h3ulliProfessional experience between 5 and 8 years (depending on the size of the Site). /liliExperience of almost 3 years in Environment, Health Safety. /liliHighly recommended experience in maintenance and/or manufacturing sites. /liliGood knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001. /liliDeep knowledge of local legal requirements. /liliExperience in railway is a plus. /li /ulh3Educational Requirements /h3ulliUniversity Engineer or Business Degree. /liliHealth Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities in the country of operation (when required). /liliPreferable Degree level Environmental Qualification to Diploma or Degree level. /liliTeamwork and leadership. /liliInitiative and action driven. /liliAnalytic thinking, rigorous mindset. /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
