Yes, the journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform, we are trusted to be accountable and responsible for our decisions. /ph3The Impact You’ll Have /h3ulliYou will contribute to manage the procurement of raw materials of the category for the Business Unit, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution. /liliYou will foster long-term partnerships with your assigned suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management. /liliYou will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, RD, Quality and Finance. /liliYou will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager. /liliYou will prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings. /liliYou will conduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw material category. /liliYou will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets. /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring To The Team /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience. /liliOne year’s experience in a similar role. /liliPassion and interest for the Procurement area. /liliNegotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills. /liliEntrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills. /liliDrive and initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments. /liliEagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment. /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /liliFluency in Italian and English. /li /ulh3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3pInterview with the Talent Acquisition, the Global Commodity Manager the Procurement Business Unit Director. /ph3Based in /h3pItaly, Verona /ph3Ready to start your exciting new journey with us?
