PpJoin to apply for the bSALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLLS - Italy /b role at bFedrigoni Group /b /p h3Purpose And Main Priorities Of The Role /h3 pIn this role, based in Basiano (MI), you will report to the Italian Sales Director Roll, and you will manage customers mainly based in Northern Italy. In your position you will be focused on maximizing sales results with the current portfolio of clients, creating value in our proposition and developing new markets and solutions. /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liYou will manage and develop current client portfolio according to company’s strategy, acting as a partner of choice, identifying valuable self-adhesive solutions /li liYou will profitably grow share of wallet of existing customers, taking advantage of company’s unvaluable product offer, being transversal on different verticals /li liYou will scout new markets and customers /li liYou will build long‑term relationships with accounts /li liYou will pivot within the organization to deliver a distinctive level of service to our clients /li liYou will contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium‑term results, tailor making it to the local market /li liYou will work closely with marketing team to deliver technical trainings /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 ul liYou have 3+ years’ experience in Commercial roles, possibly if in B2B sectors, and you are able to understand and influence main industries (Wine, Food, HPC, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical) /li liIdeally you have previous experience in the world of self‑adhesives labels (preferred), in packaging or printing industry or you had been part of any other sector giving service to printers (inks, equipment…) /li liYou have proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customers’ accounts /li liYou have demonstrated track record of working accurately in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (e.g. margin monitoring, CRM, etc) /li liYou show commercial attitude and strong customer orientation and show a structured approach based on Sales Account plan /li liYou have strong analytical skills, with ability to develop different insights into the market/business /li liYou are good at problem solving, supporting proactively and actively to post‑sales phase /li liYou are known for your reliability, high energy, teamworking approach excellent communication and people skills. /li liYou are able to work and deliver results in a complex environment, with tolerance for a certain of ambiguity. /li liYou are proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and written /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3 pThe selected profiles will meet the Sales Director - Italy, Human Resources Business Partners Sales Marketing, Roll Sales Marketing Director – FSA. /p pLocation: Basiano (MI) /p pReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
