Reporting during the transition year to the owner and coordinating the refurbishment and rebranding with the TUI corporate office. /li /ul h3ABOUT YOU /h3 ul liProven experience in hotel operations/general management or similar hospitality management role, preferably within a fast‑paced hotel environment. /li liPrevious experience in new hotel openings and/or major refurbishments, with a proven ability to set up operations, recruit and train teams, and launch successfully. /li liStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams and corporate stakeholders. /li liAble to inspire confidence and influence change. /li liStrong financial and commercial acumen. /li liIn‑depth understanding of hotel management systems and operational processes. /li liExcellent problem‑solving abilities and customer service orientation. /li liStrong organizational and communication skills. /li liFlexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure. /li liStrong written and verbal English is required for this role.
