The role contributes to the efficient and accurate execution of projects. /p pThe BIM Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating bstructur /bbal BIM model /bbs /b for complex building and infrastructure projects. The role ensures the effective implementation of BIM methodologies, leverages advanced skills in bTekla and Revit /b, and supports the integration of innovative technologies such as b4D/5D BIM and point cloud processing /b. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 ul liDevelop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for structural works using Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit. /li liCoordinate and integrate structural models with other disciplines (architecture, MEP) to ensure consistency and quality. /li liPerform advanced modeling, clash detection, and model validation.
