Ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pIn the role of Shop Operations Supervisor, you will perform the daily operations of the Avenza plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts the quality of your own work and that of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete tasks/duties based on changing work situations. The role is intended to be performed on 3 shifts (Night, Day, Afternoon) and is intended for graduated candidates with proven experience in managing shifts in a production environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and supervise the shop operations team, following the directions of the Planning and Manufacturing Engineering Department and Ops Leader /li liCoordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition /li liManage people presence in terms of absence hours within the shift /li liVerify the completeness and correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) /li liEnsure all team members follow the safety rules (HSE) /li liOrganize talks on HSE issues, quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e., Friday Projects) /li liCollaborate with quality inspections on resolution of nonconformities /li liEnsure that tools and equipment used are properly replaced at each workstation /li liSupport operator activities with expertise and facilitate technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department /li liSupport line performance KPIs by guaranteeing line accounting (e.g., DL hours, inefficiencies, attendance) /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience /li liHigh-energy, self‑motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and team boundaries /li liStrong oral and written communication skills /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liEU work permit /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liInterpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others /li liExcellent time management skills /li liAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities /li liSuperior listening skills /li /ul h3Note /h3 pThis is an Evergreen position – the Talent Acquisition Specialist will contact selected suitable candidates as soon as possible. /p h3Additional Information /h3 pRelocation Assistance Provided: No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
