The HR & Operations Manager is primarily to manage all of the back office operations of the team in Italy. This will include marketing, logistics, administrations, finance, operations and HR and will consist of around 4-5 people in the team. We are ushering in a new era of animal health. Are you with us? APPLY NOW RESPONSIBILITIES - Managing a team of 4 people in the following functions; Administration, Finance, Marketing and Logistics. - Being the right-hand person the Managing Director enabling smooth running and operation of the back office team to support sales - Managing and jointly responsible for office administration - Directly responsible for HR activity; onboarding, vacations, sickness, culture & engagement, salaries & targets, employee contracts etc. - Directly responsible for sales force support and point of contact, activity monitoring, reports and data to management, performance management, order management, commissions/bonus logistics, Stock orders from HQ, managing stock, stock deliveries to reps etc. - Manage someone responsible for finance and marketing - Directly liaise with HQ on reporting on back-office activities. - The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization._ IDEAL CIRTERIA - Experience in a back office-oriented role either in HR and or back-office operations. - Ideally educated in one of those disciplines - Organised and process-oriented person - Used to working in a fast-paced environment - Experience with working with senior management to achieve objectives - Fluent in Italian and English
