Role Overview We have a vacant position for a Customer Service and Shipping Team Leader who will drive our team's continued success and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for someone who thrives on mentoring and motivating a team of professionals and excels in fostering engagement in every customer interaction. With your team of dedicated customer service representatives, you will actively monitor all open orders and take decisive actions to keep them on track. You will ensure that our initial delivery promises are fulfilled, handle escalated inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally. You will seek customer feedback and initiate improvements to enhance satisfaction. You will also monitor and improve KPIs like throughput time and net promoter score, ensuring customer claims are handled promptly. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with a customer-oriented focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. You should be stress-resistant, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with autonomy. Leadership skills to inspire and lead a team are essential. The ideal candidate has profound SAP knowledge and is proficient in English in an international setting. The Team Leader will report to the General Manager and be part of the distribution center’s management team.
