Area Service Manager – Tuscany Region

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all service activities with local technical organizations.
* Responsible for data elaboration, consolidation and analysis with QM, to provide monthly reporting to Customers.
* Continuous review and definition of improvements in after-sales service processes.
* Acquire deep knowledge of existing service agreements (customer’s service contracts) and support the preparation phase accordingly to Epta’s policy.
* Manage recall campaigns in coordination with quality/non-conformity and service organizations.
* Manage preventive and actual cost analysis (with detail of materials, labor or outside subcontractors) for all service activities.
* Scout new external providers (subcontractors), negotiate the rates and SLA.
* Manage subcontractors by verifying the SLA, costs, overdues, certification and documentations.
Requirements
* Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years.
* Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities.
* Languages: English and second language.
* Highest Education Level: Engineering Degree.
The role may be performed from any location within the Tuscany Region.
