This role is designed for a proven producer who knows how to open doors, build meaningful client relationships, and deliver results. /ppbr/ppResponsibilities: /pulliIdentify and engage qualified prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and networking /liliClose high-value deals and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets /liliMaintain a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract /liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and maximize revenue opportunities /liliProvide detailed documentation of sales results and performance metrics /liliRepresent the company with professionalism, integrity, and deep product knowledge /li /ulpRequired Qualifications: /pulliMinimum 3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience with a proven, top-performing track record /liliMust provide documented proof of past sales performance (e.g., awards, commission statements, ranking reports, testimonials) /liliStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills /liliSelf-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented /liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment /liliTech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) /li /ulpPreferred Qualifications: /pulliExperience in high-end hospitality, legal, insurance, or real estate verticals /liliHistory of selling high-ticket or consultative services /liliExisting book of business or strong referral network /li /ulpWhat We Offer: /pulliUncapped commission + base salary (commensurate with experience) /liliStrong internal support /liliFast-track opportunities for top performers /liliEntrepreneurial culture with no ceiling for growth /li /ul
