CBW is an overall mechanism to track the net cost to serve to our customers and sellers to drive down inefficiencies lower the amazon cost structure. We build products to reduce the financial costs of product returns and drive operational excellence across the fulfillment network. Amazon’s vision is to be ‘earth’s most customer centric company’ and the PM will be required to deliver PL savings by reducing cost of business waste, identify opportunities, define solutions, obtain leadership buy-in, and prioritize resources for identified programs. The PM will also lead new programs to reduce cost to serve and work with multiple teams to run these programs, including Supply Chain, Category, CS, Transportation, Finance, FCs, and Tech.
