Carry out daily and weekly routine activities on all mechanical and electrical equipmentPerform repair, installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting tasksIdentify, repair, and report any unusual conditions or faulty equipmentEnsure that all work performed complies with applicable quality standardsSupervise the activities of all suppliersHandle emergency situations involving critical equipmentRespond to BMS alarms for all critical systemsManage customer cases opened in NetSuite and use the Modius tool
Requirements and skills
Good knowledge of maintenance for critical electrical or mechanical infrastructuresAbility to read and understand complex blueprints, drawings, and schematicsCapability to work on several projects at the same time and to prioritize tasks as neededAbility to use various testing instruments related to electrical and mechanical workGood knowledge of the English language is preferredKnowledge of NetSuite and the Modius tool is preferredSkills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are preferred
