To make sure that they are reliable and effective, by supporting research and development during new parts releasing, production engineering and supply chain to verify the compliance of alternative parts. You will create and maintain procedures and method for the qualification process of new components and devices. This position reports to: Quality Control Manager Your responsibilities: - Perform qualification test of new components being responsible for ensuring proper design, use, and disposal, environmental and safety standard. - Collaborate with research and development engineering to define component qualification procedure. - Support component failure analysis process. - Work as technical consultants within the design or manufacturing process. - Release list of documentation to be required for component qualification to manufacturer. - Release report about components compliancy (similar to First Article Inspection Report, or PPAP analysis) for approval. - Execute test plan and test to qualify new components and device as a stand-alone part and within the finished good. - Support in components analysis also for problem solving. Your background: - A Bachelor or master degree in Electronic, Electrotechnical, Electrical or Automation Engineering. - A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
