Site Security Coordinator & IT Lead oversees the IS security approach according to PCI standards. He/She defines the local information systems security policy (prevention, protection, detection, resilience, remediation) and ensures its implementation. He/She establishes operational solutions and processes to ensure data protection. He/She safeguards the site operations, employees, material assets, and information within the scope of his/her establishment.
He/She is responsible for the overall organization of the security of the BPS site (SSM), manages PCI regulations and standards, and promotes security awareness among staff.
He/She ensures resources are allocated for collaborators to work in an environment compliant with security requirements (internal, contractual, regulatory, national) within PCI standards.
As IT Manager (Infrastructure Network/Systems), he/she supports daily management of the IS/IT functions by delivering high-availability network/systems infrastructure, troubleshooting performance issues, and monitoring local networks/systems. The role ensures effective operations, security, and system performance improvements.
➢ Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility
* Security Strategy & Awareness: Develop and implement security strategies aligned with corporate goals, promote cybersecurity awareness through training and communication.
* Risk & Vulnerability Management: Conduct security risk assessments, oversee vulnerability testing, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Incident Response & Compliance: Lead security incident responses, ensure compliance with PCI CP and security policies.
* Infrastructure & Resource Oversight: Manage secure IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance, optimize resources.
* Policy Development & Process Improvement: Establish and improve security policies and procedures.
* Audit Coordination & Governance: Oversee IT and security audits, ensure remediation and compliance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership and departments to align IT/security with business goals.
➢ Minimum Requirements / Experience
* Leadership Experience: 3-5 years in IT/security roles with at least 5 years in management.
* IT Operations Management: Proven success in managing complex IT infrastructure and support.
* Security Technologies: Knowledge of database/network security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
* Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to develop long-term plans and make informed decisions.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse teams.
Professional Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
