As a Rooms Division Manager you're always open and available with a friendly smile for your team or to meet every need of our guests ensuring they have the best experience with us.
Your responsibilities include:
·Coordinating the daily operations of all departments of the hotel.
·Supporting your teams to ensure everything is going smoothly.
·Making sure all shifts are covered by planning and communicating the team's roster in time.
·Be responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are achieved.
·Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and maintain departmental highest level of standards.
·Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
Exceed expectations revealing:
·A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
·3+ years’ experience in 5-star hotels as a Rooms Division Manager.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
·A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
·Impeccable grooming standards.
·Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
