Responsibilities
* Design and produce marketing materials for the European market, including product brochures, social media creatives, exhibition graphics, presentation materials, digital campaigns, and local promotional assets.
* Ensure visual consistency with SAJ’s global brand guidelines while adapting designs to local European market preferences.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external agencies to support campaigns, product launches, and regional events.
* Support localization of visual content for different European countries and audiences.
* Create visual assets for both online and offline channels, including websites, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and trade shows.
* Optimize design workflows, maintain brand asset libraries, and improve internal design efficiency.
* Assist with exhibition preparation, booth visuals, and event‑related creative materials.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or marketing visual design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Experience in B2B, technology, renewable energy, electronics, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
* Good understanding of European visual trends and localized communication styles.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced international environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent English required; additional European languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.
