Overview
We are looking for a Performance Controller who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industries area. During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive, state‑of‑the‑art training to develop your personal and professional skills, supported by a mentor.

Your Challenge
As a Performance Controller, some of your main activities will be:
* Contribute to long‑term and short‑term planning activities
* Support the monthly performance review process, analyzing actuals, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs budget/forecast
* Collaborate with other financial organizations within Siemens Italy
* Support monthly closing activity, reporting and cost controlling
Required Entry Qualifications
* You are under 30, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
* You are a fresh graduate in Economics or have a finance academic background
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and double entry (partita doppia)
* Understanding of data analytics with a data‑driven and digital approach
* Digital savvy and innovative attitude in preparing and processing data
* Team player ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a changing environment
* Passion to never stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge
* Eligibility to work in Italy
* Microsoft Office, Power BI, basic data‑scientist techniques and methodologies, and SAP knowledge is a plus
