Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production in a dynamic and multicultural environment. As a seasoned culinary professional, you will be tasked with leading a team of cooks to deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and hygiene.
Main Responsibilities:
* Directs, coaches, and evaluates direct reports to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
* Maintains excellent food knowledge and culinary skills to prepare company recipes according to corporate guidelines.
* Coordinates and supervises team members, assigns tasks, and delegates responsibilities as needed.
* Responsible for recipe reviews, maintaining recipe folders, and ensuring compliance with public health regulations.
* Controls production levels, recommends improvements, and oversees cost control measures.
* Prepares daily electronic requisitions, counterchecks deliveries, and reports discrepancies to supervisors.
* Maintains assigned areas in preparation for inspections and ensures adherence to company standards.
