Rangers Battistolli is seeking aControlRoom Supervisorto be assigned to amajor multinational companyoperating in the IT sector, within adata center environment.
The Control Room Supervisor isresponsible for theoperational supervision of the assigned shiftwithinthe data center control room.
The role involvescoordinating securitypersonnel, managingaccess control activities, supportinglossprevention and incident management, and ensuringfull compliance withsecurity procedures and company standards.Key Responsibilities
Supervise physicalsecurity operations during the assigned shift.
Monitor video surveillancesystems and manage temporary access badges.
Manage accessauthorizations and maintain records and reports in accordance withoperational procedures.
Coordinate, assign, andprovide operational support to security personnel.
Review and approveend-of-shift reports.
Manage shift handovers andcommunicate relevant incidents.
Identify and reportcritical issues or procedural violations.
Propose improvements tosecurity processes and programs.
Support internal auditsand unannounced inspections.
Perform additional tasksas required by the Site Security Manager.
Requisiti
Minimum age: 18 years.
At least 2 years ofexperience in the security field or in related roles.
Excellent command of theEnglish language (both written and spoken).
Willingness to undergopre-employment screening (background checks).
Legal eligibility to work.
Availability to work onshifts.

Physical andEnvironmental Working Conditions
The role isperformed within an operational data center, a structured and high-securityenvironment.
Employees must be able to work under the following conditions:
Prolonged standing andfrequent movement during shifts.
Walking, patrolling, andremaining on duty for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor areas ofthe site.
Ability to bend, kneel,stretch, and use security equipment.
Continuous use ofelectronic devices (computers, monitoring systems, metal detectors).
Work in climate-controlledenvironments, with possible temperature variations between operationalareas.
Exposure to backgroundnoise generated by technical equipment (within safety standards).
Requirement to maintain ahigh level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods.
Professional andcontrolled handling of stressful situations, emergencies, or unexpectedevents.
Frequent interaction withinternal staff, vendors, and visitors.
Availability to workshifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on operationalneeds.
All dutiesrequire strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and theproper use of any required personal protective equipment (PPE).
