PstrongWho We Are /strong /ppAt Spoki, we are redefining the way companies communicate with their customers through innovative technology, strong3x YoY growth /strong, and the ambition to become a Unicorn. /ppWe provide strongConversational Commerce tools /strong that optimize marketing, sales, and customer support, making every interaction smooth, efficient, and personalized. /ppWith strongWhatsApp as our core channel /strong and AI-powered solutions, our mission is to help millions of businesses grow through exceptional customer experiences. /ppJoining Spoki means becoming part of a passionate and ambitious team, ready to scale globally, where innovation, meaningful conversations, and sustainable growth are at the heart of everything we do. /ppbr/ppstrongWe Are Hiring: /strong /ppCRM Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot) /ppstrongCore Stack /strong /pullistrongCRM (mandatory): /strong HubSpot — Marketing Hub, Sales Hub; Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties/Objects, Lead Scoring, Attribution Reporting. /lilistrongAutomation (preferred): /strong Zapier, n8n and similar tools (e.g. Make, Pipedream, Workato). /lilistrongChannels: /strong WhatsApp, email, SMS, web. /li /ulpbr/ppAs a strongCRM Marketing Automation Specialist /strong, you will be the architect of our lifecycle journeys and the technical driver of retention, nurturing, and conversion. /ppYou will design, implement, and scale omnichannel flows on HubSpot, orchestrating automations with Zapier/n8n (and similar) when needed. /ppYour mission will be to build a measurable CRM engine that boosts LTV, conversion rate, and the end-to-end customer experience. /ppbr/ppstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongStrategy, Journey Design Growth /strong /pulliDesign and maintain full-funnel journeys (acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention → win-back) on WhatsApp, email, and SMS, native in HubSpot. /liliDefine dynamic segmentations (behavioral, RFM, intent) and lead scoring (demographic + behavioral), with SLA MQL→SQL in collaboration with Sales. /liliPlan and execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, channels, and incentives to optimize conversion and LTV. /li /ulpstrongAutomation Integrations /strong /pulliDesign and develop workflows in HubSpot (Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties/Objects, Deals/Pipeline automation). /liliOrchestrate automations and integrations with Zapier and/or n8n using REST APIs and webhooks to synchronize CRM, data sources, and third-party systems. /li /ulpstrongData, AI Analytics /strong /pulliBuild dashboards on key KPIs: deliverability, OR/CTR, stage-based CVR, CAC payback, churn, LTV, retention cohorts. /liliIntegrate AI via APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI) for content personalization, predictive scoring, conversation analysis, and next-best-action. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongIdeal Profile /strong /ppstrongExperience Skills (must-have) /strong /pullistrongHubSpot: /strong hands-on experience with Marketing/Sales Hub, Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties/Objects, Lead Scoring, Attribution/Reporting. /lilistrongAutomation: /strong strong operational knowledge of Zapier and/or n8n for complex workflows; familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks. /lilistrongOmnichannel Messaging: /strong best practices on WhatsApp, email, and SMS (content, timing, frequency management). /lilistrongSoft skills: /strong problem-solving, results-orientation, attention to UX and copywriting; ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments. /lilistrongLanguages: /strong excellent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongNice to Have /strong /pulliExperience with similar tools: Make (ex Integromat), others. /liliBasic knowledge of JavaScript for GTM, validations, and small extensions. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliA strongkey role /strong in driving CRM-led growth within a fast-scaling global company. /lilistrongWorking on site: /strong San Vito dei Normanni, BR /lilistrongCompetitive compensation: /strong €30,000–€40,000 gross/year, with possible performance-based adjustments. /lilistrongCoaching Mentoring: /strong continuous 1:1 support and structured feedback sessions. /lilistrongTraining: /strong dedicated budget for courses, certifications (e.g. HubSpot), and events. /lilistrongTech Gear: /strong Apple MacBook Pro, Apple Keyboard, Apple Trackpad, 2nd widescreen monitor. /lilistrongEligibility for the Spoki Stock Option Plan. /strong /liliRegular strongteam-building activities /strong and celebration events. /liliAccess to strongcutting-edge technologies /strong and resources. /liliAdditional company perks (internal library, knowledge-sharing, communities of practice). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongOur Hiring Process /strong /polliIntroductory call with the Hiring manager /liliStructured interview and technical assessment /liliFinal meeting with the leadership team /li /ol
