**About the Role**:
Ferrero Commerciale Italia is searching for young management engineers, keenly result-oriented and motivated to work in a major international group, in order to be included into the Supply Chain Divisions.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Monitoring and analysing the KPIs (Key performance indicators) in order to guarantee the continual improvement of the process
- Developing a forward plan, analysing client's demand, promotions and specific activities, interacting with the marketing and trade marketing functions and adopting statistical forecast methods elaborated for the purpose of intercepting complex market phenomena
**Who we are looking for**:
- Master's Degree in Management Engineering (minimum grade 105/110)
- 1-2 years' experience in similar roles in supply chain contexts
- Excellent analytical skills and priority organization skills
- Knowledge of "root cause analysis", of demand forecast and functioning stock assessment techniques
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (in particular Excel)
- Excellent knowledge of English
