You will make an impact in the following way:
* Lead critical, high-priority projects across EMEA from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
* Develop detailed project plans, lead project reviews, manage resources, track risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
* Establish and manage a regional PMO framework tailored to the manufacturing function, ensuring standardized governance
* Track CAPEX and OPEX related to the projects for the region
* Provide clear, data-driven updates about projects to the global and regional teams
* Build a high-performing PMO culture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
* Partner with regional leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact
* Design and deliver footprint projects with the Operational Strategy & Transformation team
What you will bring:
* Education – Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or International Business
* Experience – 5+ years of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects
* Skills & knowledge – Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile/Hybrid), ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams and influence senior stakeholders as well as provide strategic input, well-versed with budget management, creating business cases, and resource planning,
* Personality – Pragmatic, results-oriented, collaborative, with strong intercultural competence
* Willingness to travel – Occasionally internationally (~25%)
* Language proficiency – Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
