The Enterprise Architect will guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise platforms. /ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliArchitecture StrategyulliDefine, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap for SAP systems and their integrations. /liliAlign SAP solutions with overall IT and business strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance. /liliProvide architecture governance and design assurance for SAP-related programs and projects. /li /ul /liliSAP Development LeadershipulliLead, and oversee SAP development programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements. /liliDefine and enforce standards, frameworks, and best practices for SAP custom development, enhancements, and integrations. /liliPartner with development teams to guide solution design, code quality, testing, and deployment. /liliEnsure that development initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. /li /ul /liliSolution Design IntegrationulliLead solution architecture for SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, MES, DM, SD, SRM, SCM, SAP Analytics, SAP Cloud Platform) and associated services (databases, middleware, cloud services, APIs). /liliEnsure seamless integration between SAP and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, CRM, MES, Data Lakes, Identity Access Management, etc.). /liliEstablish patterns and best practices for SAP deployments in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments. /li /ul /liliOperations PerformanceulliOversee operational performance, resilience, and availability of SAP systems. /liliGuide infrastructure sizing, monitoring, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. /liliCollaborate with operations teams to improve SLAs, incident response, and lifecycle management. /li /ul /liliLeadership CollaborationulliPartner with business stakeholders, program managers, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions. /liliProvide thought leadership and mentoring for architects, developers, and operations engineers. /liliServe as the escalation point for complex SAP technical, development, and architectural issues. /li /ul /liliGovernance ComplianceulliEnsure adherence to enterprise security standards, regulatory compliance, and data governance policies. /liliEvaluate and recommend emerging SAP technologies and services to drive innovation and value. /li /ul /li /ulpbYour Background /b /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. /lili10+ years of SAP technical experience with expertise across multiple modules and platforms. /liliProven experience as an Enterprise Architect or senior solution architect in large-scale, global enterprises. /liliDemonstrated leadership in managing SAP development programs, including design, build, test, and deployment phases. /liliDeep expertise in SAP development, operations, and integration with associated enterprise services (databases, middleware, data analytics platforms, identity management, etc.). /liliExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration, SAP Cloud Platform, and hybrid cloud deployments. /liliStrong knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks. /liliExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliSAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Specialist, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA). /liliHands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in SAP hosting and development scenarios. /liliKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR). /liliPrior experience in manufacturing, energy, or industrial operations environments. /li /ulpbWhat’s in it for you? /b /ppWork with the best specialists in their field, in a diverse environment with unparalleled global reach.
