Ph3About the Job /h3 pIn the role of Demand Planning Specialist, you will build and manage demand forecasting models by combining internal inputs and external market factors. You will align stakeholders, improve forecast accuracy, and monitor performance vs. plan, acting as the key link with Supply Chain to manage priorities and issues at an European level. /p ul liYou will develop and maintain forecasting models, based on statistical FCT and incorporating internal (e.g., new product launches, pricing actions marketing campaigns) and external intelligence (e.g., market trends, macroeconomics). /li liYou will manage the demand forecasting process, coordinating the contribution of all internal stakeholders, mainly Sales Area Managers, Business Development / Product Managers Supply Chain. /li liYou will develop projections and saturation analysis (middle term actions). /li liYou will contribute to develop production forecast and logistic forecast. /li liYou will develop 12‑rolling demand plans which become the basis for Operating plan and Financial projection. /li liYou will improve demand forecasting practices, forecast accuracy and tools. /li liYou will consolidate feedback, challenging stakeholders to ensure consistency and aiming for wide consensus over the demand forecast. /li liYou will monitor commercial performances and highlight variances vs. demand forecast, identifying potential issues/root causes. /li liYou will interact as the main commercial interface towards Supply Chain, sharing updates on priorities weekly and engaging Supply Chain for the management of exceptions. /li /ul h3The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For /h3 ul liYou hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Economics or related field. /li liYou have a learning mindset, ability to quickly gain understanding of complex issues. /li liYou have capability to summarize and present findings to others in clear and understandable way. /li liYou have good interpersonal communication and networking skills. /li liYou own strong analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilities. /li liYou show strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with different functions. /li liYou have proactivity, drive, communication skills, ability to influence, high level of energy and sense of responsibility. /li liYou know IT tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point). /li liYou have a result orientation, pragmatism, and customer‑centric approach. /li liYou are proficient in Italian and English. /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3 pInterview with the Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner and the Demand Planner Europe. /p h3Location /h3 pBased in: Caponago, Italy /p h3Additional Information /h3 pWe are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs. /p pWe are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated and that everyone feels that they belong.
