KWS Italia S.p.A .is looking for a Field Production Technician for their cereals unit activities based in Forlì. This position is full-time and unlimited .
Responsibilities
* Coordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops.
* Implement high quality assurance measures
* Area responsibility for a dedicated production region
* Support all activities related the sugar beet seed production (nurseries included), cereals and other projects
* Ensure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity)
* Apply continuous improvement techniques
* Seed production results on stable level for yield and high-quality
* Implementation of good production techniques and new technologies
Qualifications
* Residing in Forlì or willing to relocate
* Sound agricultural know‑how, preferably experienced in seed production
* High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions
