Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsabilità e qualifiche
He/She is responsible for ensuring compliance with the reliability standards of Italian processes and plants by identifying and eliminating the causes of failures in collaboration with the maintenance team.
What Awaits You
* Coordinates the development of the reliability roadmap for the Italian sites' equipment
* Develops and coordinates the implementation of plans to improve reliability based on investigation results
* Develops and oversees the implementation of predictive maintenance method
* Manages reporting, notifications, and communication on reliability topics with Group colleagues
* Aligns with the Maintenance Manager to optimize maintenance strategies
* Supervises the collection and analysis of equipment operational data
* Coordinates with the Engineering Manager to support project execution
* Ensures follow-up on FMEA/RCA activities
* Defines critical spare parts for each plant in collaboration with the European organization

* Degree in Engineering (Industrial field)
* Experience in industrial environments

* Basic knowledge of contract management
* Proactivity
* Knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies (RCA, PDCA, 8D, …)
* Planning skills
* Strong communication skills
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
* Fluent spoken and written Italian
* Good spoken and written English proficiency
