The selected candidate will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Brand Manager, and will closely collaborate with all company functions.
What you will do:
* Support the Brand Manager in defining and implementing the marketing plan and integrated communication strategy;
* Collaborate on new product development and management of the Innovation Plan, in coordination with the R&D department;
* Create brand communication materials through briefing and collaboration with internal graphic designers and external creative agencies;
* Analyze and monitor brand and product KPIs, as well as market data (IQVIA);
* Analyze sales performance of the brand and products, and prepare sales forecasts;
* Develop and update marketing presentations;
* Monitor and analyze competitors;
* Study the core target, identifying risks and opportunities.
What we are looking for:
* University degree, preferably in Marketing or Management;
* Basic prior experience in product development within the cosmetics sector;
* Good knowledge of the English language;
