The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to join our credit card transaction management team. You will support daily backoffice activities, ensuring efficient processing and excellent client experience. This is a fixed-term contract (12 months).


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Handle customer requests promptly and professionally.
2. Process and verify credit card transactions.
3. Monitor transaction processes and report issues.
4. Collaborate with technical support to resolve technical problems.
5. Maintain transaction records and statistics.
6. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.


Who Are We Looking For

We seek big thinkers with a passion for driving positive change, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Specifically, you should have:

1. Experience in roles like Customer Care, Back Office, Customer Service, etc.
2. Knowledge of backoffice operations and credit card transactions.
3. Proficiency in Excel; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong team collaboration skills.
6. Fluency in Italian and knowledge of English.
7. Motivation and passion for the payments industry.
8. Familiarity with security and PCI DSS regulations.
