Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici Spa, a leading CDMO in Europe founded in 1957, recently acquired by a major international investment fund. Job Purpose: To maintain P&C IS and related processes and procedures for obtaining, recording, and processing key information. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain accurate records of HR financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Recommend and implement system improvements and new applications. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders regarding budget and financial performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data to generate insights on workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation. Develop dashboards and reports for management. HR Metrics: Track and propose key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and KPIs to identify improvement areas and support HR strategies. Project Management: Lead and participate in HR projects related to process improvements, system implementations, and data integration, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Required Skills and Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields (preferred), or other relevant degrees. 3-5 years of experience in P&C analytics roles within advanced companies. Experience in implementing and upgrading HR systems. Proficiency with advanced HR systems and data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, HCM systems). Excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Effective communication skills and project management capabilities.
