Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a dynamic and structured bFB Manager /b to join our team at our Mangia's Sardinia Resort - Marriott Brand, located in Santa Teresa Gallura, Sardinia. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Food Beverage department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction through strategic planning and daily supervision. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the master operational plan based on occupancy forecasts and group pricing /li liLead daily afternoon briefings with department heads to align on service priorities and challenges /li liFoster a culture of belonging and motivation aligned with Mangia’s service philosophy /li liEnsure seamless interdepartmental communication to support operational flow /li liSupervise daily FB operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and service standards /li liMonitor guest experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints /li liConduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery /li liInitiate improvement projects to elevate quality and efficiency /li liManage cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking /li liSubmit reports and performance updates to senior management /li liOversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations /li liImplement upselling strategies and pricing policies to optimize revenue /li liEnsure documentation and licensing are up to date and aligned with internal processes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in FB management within upscale or luxury hospitality environments /li liStrong leadership and organizational skills /li liAbility to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance /li liKnowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systems /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li liFluency in Italian and English; French is a plus /li liPassion for service excellence and continuous improvement /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liSeasonal contract /li liAccommodation available /li liCareer growth opportunities within the company /li liDynamic and collaborative work environment /li liOngoing training and access to professional development courses. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
