On behalf of our Hong Kong–based parent company we are looking for a Line Chief Designer for the CISSONNE brand (Consultant/Part‑time).
Requirements
Possess more than 5 years of working experience as a Line Chief Designer in light luxury women's wear, with full‑process experience from design concept, seasonal planning, style development to process implementation.
Be familiar with local Italian fabric and accessory resources, have an in‑depth understanding of fabrics and accessories, and possess excellent material selection and matching capabilities.
Have strong design creativity and expression ability, and be able to complete design proposals independently.
Possess good communication skills and time‑management ability, and be able to deliver design tasks on a quarterly basis.
Have a certain understanding of the Chinese consumer market, possess a cross‑cultural design perspective, and be willing to further explore the Chinese consumer market.
Responsibilities
Independently develop design concepts, collection segmentation, color plans and main fabric proposals based on the brand DNA and seasonal requirements. Complete 30 sets of light luxury women's wear design concepts independently every quarter, and provide comprehensive design directions and visual creativity.
Be responsible for the complete output from conceptualization to design drafts and technical specifications, and participate in seasonal fittings to ensure the design is fully implemented.
Develop fabrics and accessories, be familiar with European fabric and accessory trends, and ultimately enhance the design quality and market competitiveness.
Assist in developing the fabric supply chain to ensure that the design is implementable and meets production standards. xjrgpwk
Maintain effective communication with the brand design team to ensure that the design scheme is consistent with the brand strategy and market demands.
