Experteer Overview As Industrial & Commercial Controller, you will support cost and margin analysis across industrial and commercial activities. You will work in a structured metal‐mechanical environment, collaborating with Sales, Engineering and Operations to monitor costs, variances and KPIs while ensuring high‐quality reporting aligned with Group standards. You will develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and dashboards that drive margin improvements and cost control. This role offers a hands‐on opportunity to shape financial insight in a complex production and commercial setting, contributing to scalable analytics and data‐driven decisions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze industrial costs: direct/indirect costs, standard costs, variances, efficiencies, scrap
Monitor production order variances (price, quantity, efficiency, mix)
Support preparation of industrial budgets and forecasts
Analyze BOMs, routings, and actual vs. standard cost
Prepare industrial reporting: KPIs, production costs, industrial margins
Advance Excel usage, Power BI and SAP CO-FI modules for reporting
Analyze product, customer and business line marginality (profitability, margins, mix)
Develop commercial KPIs (operating margin per customer/product, contribution margin) and dashboards
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Operations on costs, prices and variances
Load Budget, Forecast and Actuals into Group reporting system; ensure data completeness and timely reporting
Support month‐end close and consolidation with data verification and validation
Responsabilità 3-5 years in industrial and commercial controlling
Strong knowledge of industrial accounting and marginality analysis
Excellent command of Excel (complex models, predictive analysis)
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and analysis
Good understanding of BOMs, routings, MRP logic and commercial processes
Experience with SAP CO/FI modules
Good command of English
Strong analytical mindset, precision and structured problem solving
Effective communication with operational and commercial stakeholders
