Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by:
* Providing compliance advice to businesses and legal professionals;
* Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts;
* Developing and delivering training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger filings worldwide, and respond to government inquiries.
This role offers a flexible, fully virtual working environment, making location less restrictive.
