For our Pozzuolo Martesana Station we are currently looking for an AFR Export Ops & CS Specialist (Appartenente alle categorie protette - L.68/99).
Job Purpose Executes AFR Export plans to deliver flow of goods and information across the customers global supply chain utilizing air transportation, maximizing profitability and optimizing utilization of business assets in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies, dealing with preparation and clearance of documentation and guide and advise customers on export operations and regulations, following implementation of customer operations requirements and plans to deliver efficient logistics processes.
Key tasks
Execute AFR Export plans and processes to provide air freight forwarding for internal and external customers in accordance with customers requirements to grant operational excellence and high customer service level;
Gather guidelines from internal functions and receive, execute and update orders via the system;
Provide allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul required for hub and operations performance;
Ascertain domestic and/or international freight rate on outgoing materials and products based on analysis of tariff rates, freight classifications, delivery schedules and deadlines;
Process, handle, distribute and archive all required export documents, verify invoices and shipping documents to enhance accordance with Incoterms and CDZ guidelines;
Comply with operating standards and procedures to provide superior customer service, granting operational excellence;
Coordinate with overseas office to check and verify shipment information;
Respond to customers queries in an efficient and competitive manner;
Achieve accurate and timely delivery of billing information to customers;
Verify and input estimated costs, validate and approve accounts payables;
Check bill discrepancies such as incorrect rates, charges, etc.
Verify entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggest routine corrective actions in case of deviations;
Report and manage exceptions/issues assigned by other functions or directly from customer;
Collaborate with Warehouse, Cartage, ICC and customs brokers to resolve issues, ensure service quality and timeliness;
Handle customers complaints and operations irregularities and report them within the related tools;
Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications to AFR export work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency;
Stakeholders
May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices;
Cooperate with other Stations/Functions and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers;
Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns;
Manage task-related issues appropriately to maintain operational workflows;

Job requirements
Good knowledge of AFR Export Product (2+ years of experience);
Good administration skills and orientation to details;
Good communication skills;
Open-minded attitude and capability to adhere to customers needs and requirements.
