OPTICAL FIELD EDUCATION SPECIALIST The selected candidate will implement professional training programs, updates, and scientific information aimed at vision professionals. Their role includes ensuring accurate, coherent, and target‐specific communication, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and maximizing the impact of training initiatives and product knowledge across the assigned territory. Responsibilities Plan and deliver training sessions and informational materials to optical industry professionals. Adapt scientific content for clear and accessible communication with diverse audiences. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with local stakeholders and partners. Coordinate and manage a complex schedule of meetings and events. Collect, analyze, and report feedback on training effectiveness. Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of industry developments and company products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in optometry, orthoptics, or equivalent experience. Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within the ophthalmic‐optical sector. Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory (≥90% of the time) and within the national territory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in plain language. Strong orientation towards objectives and autonomous working. Effective interpersonal and client‐service skills. Organizational competence for managing a busy appointment calendar. Analytical skills for interpreting and reporting feedback.
