Ph3About the job post /h3 pReporting directly to the Plant Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the whole Health, Safety Environmental System in the Bomporto Plant. He shall also be RSPP for the company. /p h3Main scope /h3 pCoordination of HSE activities for the plant, improve the Safety culture, deploy HSE strategy defined by Company needs and Regional Management, reduce number of accidents, improve waste, water consumption CO₂ management. /p h3Activities /h3 ul liRegulatory Compliance incl. ensuring all Legal requirements (fire, pollution, accident…) and Safety at Work (Noise, risk of injuries…) according to country or European law /li liAccident Analyses /li liManagement of Authority Relationships /li liManage health surveillance in coordination with the Occupational Health Physician /li liProvide HSE training programs to the people to train specific skills and behaviours to reduce environmental risk and environmental impact /li liProject Management incl. risk analyses and removing blocking points /li liHSE KPI - Consolidation of HSE results for Italy /li liWaste Management /li liParticipate in audits of the environmental and sustainability system and follow up on derivative actions. /li liDefending / overcoming environmental inspections carried out by the Authorities /li liSupport plant for Audit Management (HSE, 5S, Environmental Fire Audit) /li liSupport CAPEX management-environment projects helping the plant manager to define HSE budget /li liCertification (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, A.U.A.) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering is preferred /li liDemonstrated leadership, project management and organizational skills /li liExperience in a multinational company is preferred /li liFluent Italian and English language /li liKnowledge of Italian/European mandatory HSE legal rules /li liAt least 5/7 years of experience as HSE function and previous experienced as plant HSE manager /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
