In this role you will be covering our Diagnostics and Breast and Skeletal Health medical imaging equipment across North Lombardy region and Ticino. To service the territory successfully you will be based around Saronno or Monza ideally. /p pWe're looking for people who have engineering experience (electrical/mechanical) ideally from within a medical device background, are happy to be in the field travelling within the designated area as required and occasional international journeys to support our customers, and who love troubleshooting and finding solutions. /p pThe role will provide a high level of service to customers on the installation, repair, service, maintenance, or enhancement of hardware and/or software products. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liCarry out maintenance and repair work on Hologic products /li liInstall instruments at customer sites /li liLiaise with customer IT departments and assist with information systems installations and troubleshooting /li liSupport marketing activities such as exhibitions /li liRoutinely complete administrative work, such as but not limited to: Time Reports, Expense Reports, Equipment Site Assessments, Inventory Reports, Equipment Checklists and Field Service Reports /li liProvide basic use/maintenance training to customers /li liPerform duties and responsibilities with autonomy in a field-based environment /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liAbility to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills /li liExperience working in similar/comparable customer-based environment /li liEffective Time Management Skills /liliAbility to accurately diagnose issues as described over the phone by Field Service Engineers/customers /li liProficient use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) /li liKnowledge of network and interfacing with the ability to progress though training /li liGood level of spoken and written English /li /ul h3So why join Hologic? /h3 pWe are committed to making Hologic the company where top talent comes to grow.
