Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office, we are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join the Group Academy team. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end activities for Technical (Life, Health, P&C) and Functional (e.g., Finance) Schools, from needs analysis to training execution. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of learning and development initiatives. Designing and delivering programs such as classroom training, workshops, speaker series, panel discussions, e-learning, and team-building activities. Serving as a point of contact for trainers supporting courses and curricula. Liaising with local and global Learning & Development partners to utilize relevant tools and resources. Requirements Our ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, HR, or related fields. 6-10 years of experience focusing on training and people development. Strong networking and motivational skills to federate project teams. Excellent verbal and written English skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Teamwork and stakeholder management abilities. Facilitation and training experience. Strong presentation and communication skills. Relationship management skills. Solution-oriented mindset.
