Why This Role Matters
As a Deployment Specialist – Tires as a Service (TaaS), you will play a key role in the successful rollout of new fleet deployments. You will act as the central point of contact during the installation and onboarding process, ensuring alignment between customers, internal teams, and service providers.
Your work will ensure that fleets are installed efficiently, operational requirements are met, and customers experience a smooth onboarding to Goodyear’s Tires as a Service solution.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the deployment and onboarding of new Tires as a Service (TaaS) fleet customers, ensuring a smooth installation process.
* Act as the central point of contact within the assigned country or region during fleet deployments.
* Coordinate installation schedules with the Goodyear Technician team based on installation plans and available capacity.
* Liaise with fleet representatives to ensure vehicle availability, location details, and key contacts are confirmed.
* Ensure local Service Providers support installations and meet required operational standards.
* Train new Service Providers on TaaS Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deployment procedures.
* Monitor installation progress and drive projects to completion, ensuring fleets are fully equipped with the required hardware.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in project coordination, deployment, operations, or customer implementation roles.
* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple partners including technicians, service providers, and customer representatives.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Willingness to travel regularly to fleet locations and service providers during deployment phases.
