We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to support our branding, digital marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is visually strong, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating engaging content, preferably with a strong portfolio and an interest in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms
* Create compelling marketing content, including photos, videos, and digital assets
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and online campaigns
* Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics tools
* Support the design and production of marketing and training materials
* Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-site support
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
* A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, design, and content creation work
* Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
* Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing
* Experience with web analytics and online marketing tools
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Premiere Pro is an advantage)
* Ability to create engaging and brand-aligned content for digital platforms
* Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken
* Interest or passion for the aviation industry is highly desirable
* Strong creative mindset with a drive to contribute to company growth
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
