To support our growth, we are looking for an ambitiousTech Lead, ready to take full technological ownership of our platform and drive its future evolution.
We are looking for someone who loves writing quality code, but also has the strategic vision to integrate new technologies — particularly Artificial Intelligence — into our products.
You won't just be an executor: you will guide architectural decisions, improve the existing infrastructure, and serve as the technical reference point for scaling a high-impact solution.
??YOUR ROLE
You will be the guardian and innovator of our technology.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Platform Ownership:Taking charge of, maintaining, and evolving the entire current stack (Laravel/Vue/Inertia), ensuring stability and scalability.
Hands-on Development:Writing code on the front lines (Backend and Frontend), solving complex problems and optimizing performance.
AI & Innovation:Designing and developing new features and products based on Artificial Intelligence, integrating APIs and LLM models to enhance Musthad's offering.

Architecture & Cloud:Managing and optimizing infrastructure on AWS and the MySQL database, ensuring security and cost efficiency
Technical Leadership:Defining development best practices, driving the technology roadmap, and — looking ahead — building and coordinating the tech team.
Strategy:Collaborating with the founders to translate business objectives into concrete technical solutions.
??? TECH STACK & REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a candidate with solid Full Stack experience and a modern, product-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
Backend:Full mastery ofPHPandLaravelframework.
Frontend:Advanced experience withVue.js(Composition API) andNode.js(JavaScript)
Modern Monolith:Strong experience withInertia.jsfor connecting Laravel and Vue without the complexity of separate APIs.
Database:In-depth knowledge ofMySQL, query optimization, and management of complex data structures.
Cloud & DevOps:Experience managing infrastructure onAWS(EC2, RDS, S3, etc.),Railway, and deployment pipelines.
AI Integration:Experience (or strong demonstrable proficiency) in integratingAI/LLM services(e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into web applications.
Good command ofEnglishfor coordination with external teams.
Soft Skills:
Entrepreneurial mindset: results-oriented, ownership-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability tosee the big picture(from database to user interface).

Previous experience in astartuporscale-up environment
