As an Expert Data Centers Program graduate, you will join the Global Natural Resources Department. Specifically, your team will focus on generating commercial pipeline, positioning initiatives in the market, and finalizing agreements consistent with the company's strategy.
Key tasks
Support the development of Data Center initiatives, with direct responsibility for commercial origination, strategic marketing and contract negotiation activities, contributing to the valorization of assets and the structuring of agreements with customers and industrial partners.
Identify and develop business opportunities, with a focus on the Italian market.
Build a qualified pipeline of customers (hyperscalers, colocation, enterprises) and partners and manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Define the positioning of initiatives (value proposition, target, pricing) and support the preparation of marketing materials (teasers, presentations, data rooms).
Coordinate project promotion activities (meetings, events, roadshows).
Support/manage the negotiation of agreements (LOI, lease, partnership) and contribute to the definition of the main commercial terms (pricing, duration, SLA, risk allocation).
Coordinate with legal, technical and financial functions and collaborate in the construction of business cases and economic‑financial models.
Analyze market benchmarks (€ per MW, lease rate, cap rate).
Ensure consistency between commercial offering and project feasibility.
Required characteristics
Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial/marketing/negotiation roles in the infrastructure, real estate sector.
Experience in managing negotiations and structured contracts.
Knowledge of the Data Center sector is a plus.
Basic understanding of economic and financial models.
Knowledge of investment logic (capex, opex, returns).
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the English language.
Availability for national and international mobility.
