In this central and varied role' you will serve as the technical interface for our projects across Switzerland. About Plenitude On The Road S.R.L. Main responsibilities: - Verify and validate projects' site plans and technical drawings provided by contractors - Define and communicate clear instructions for validation' correction and optimisation - Manage and coordinate construction sites' ensuring quality' safety and timelines are met - Act as the central point of contact and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers' partners and site owners - Maintain continuous and accurate updates of internal project management tools and reporting - Drive the improvement of existing processes and contribute to the development of new ones to increase service efficiency and reliability Skills and experience required: - Higher technical education (HES/ETH/university/technical institute)' preferably in electrical engineering - Significant professional experience in a comparable technical project management role - Sound knowledge of Swiss regulations related to e-mobility and electrical systems (low and medium voltage) - Strong ability to read' analyse and interpret technical plans and documentation - Excellent command of German and French (minimum C1), fluent English required, Italian is an advantage - High geographical flexibility and willingness to travel to construction sites throughout Switzerland - Occasional travel to Milan (headquarters) and to partners in Europe (DE/FR/AT) - Structured' solution-oriented and independent working style - Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers and partners - Excellent self-management skills with strong organisational and documentation abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel - Familiarity with IT' telecommunications' infrastructure monitoring' or e-mobility technologies is an advantage. - Strong presentation and reporting skills' with proficient use of Microsoft Office.
