Ph3SOP Process Owner Inventory Controller /h3 pThe ideal candidate is an experienced professional in SOP cycle management, capable of acting as a "bridge" between different company functions. The resource will be responsible for aligning commercial demand with production and purchasing capacities, ensuring a balance between customer service levels and the optimization of production workloads and warehouse inventory. /p pBy collaborating with and coordinating the relevant business units, the candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with working capital targets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libSOP Cycle Management: /b Coordinate the entire monthly process, from collecting sales forecasts to validating the production and procurement plan. /li libCross-functional Coordination: /b Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations (Production/Logistics), and Purchasing, mediating between various stakeholders to resolve trade-offs between stock availability and production capacity. /li libData Analysis Forecasting: /b Analyze historical data and market trends using statistical models to improve demand forecast accuracy. /li libMRP Planning: /b Supervise Material Requirements Planning (MRP) logic to ensure that the demand plan is correctly translated into production and purchase orders. /li libSOP Tool Management: /b Administer and configure the software used for data collection and processing, ensuring database integrity and accurate reporting (process KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Service Level). /li libInventory Control: /b Assist other company functions in proper inventory management to meet target rotation metrics and minimize obsolescence, while maintaining an adequate customer service level. /li /ul h3Technical Requirements (Must-have) /h3 ul libExperience: /b Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or SOP roles within complex manufacturing environments.
