/ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3pThe role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Group-level internal audit activities, ensuring the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes.
The position also contributes to ad-hoc strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
/ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliSupport Management in the development and continuous update of the annual Audit Plan, based on risk assessment priorities; /liliDesign and define detailed audit programs for assigned areas, ensuring alignment with internal methodologies and professional standards; /liliIndependently execute audit engagements across administrative, accounting, operational, and compliance processes, including but not limited to Italian Law ********, Legislative Decree ********, General Data Protection Regulation, Legislative Decree *******, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations; /liliLeverage advanced tools and methodologies, including Data Analytics, Process Mining, and AI-based solutions, to enhance audit effectiveness and insight generation; /liliPrepare high-quality audit reports in line with internal standards, ensuring proper documentation, evidence collection, and classification of working papers; /liliMonitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; /liliSupport the preparation of periodic reporting to corporate governance bodies, including the Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors, Control and Risk Committee, and the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231; /liliContribute to enterprise-wide Risk Assessment activities, in alignment with leading frameworks such as Enterprise Risk Management and COSO Framework.
/li /ulh3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3pMaster's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or a related field; /pp7–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance roles within structured and multinational organizations; /ppPrevious experience in a Big Four firm (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte) is considered a strong plus; /ppInternational exposure and/or Certified Internal Auditor qualification are considered advantageous; /ppStrong expertise in Data Analytics, Process Mining, and emerging Artificial Intelligence applications in audit; /ppFluent English, both written and spoken /ppJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
