Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Social Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting social compliance assessments and ensuring that clients adhere to labor laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have a university degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies. They should also have sufficient professional experience to meet the expectations for auditors. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting social compliance assessments based on procedures and client expectations.
* Delivering quality reports according to protocols and timelines.
* Maintaining knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
* Interacting with internal team members, including training, coordinator, and administrative personnel.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A university degree (graduate level or higher) in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies.
* Sufficient professional experience to meet the expectations for LRQA auditors.
* Strong knowledge of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance.
* Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments.
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
